Equity
Everyone deserves a fair shot at success. Let’s level the playing field for working women of all kinds.
Women have the drive, resilience, and intelligence to succeed: but the deck is stacked against us. We’re underrepresented in leadership and overrepresented in low-wage jobs. Structural barriers — from a lack of paid leave to the gender pay gap — hold women back from reaching their full potential. We need to address the barriers that threaten both women’s safety and equity.
Are you ready to help give everyone a fair chance at success?
